I'm a current subscriber, how do I log in?

If you were a subscriber before the major app update on March 23, 2026, your app account is already active. Download the app or visit traderphdapp.com/login to reset your password and get logged in.

If you became a subscriber on or after March 23, 2026, you'll need to create a new app account at traderphdapp.com/account-set-up. The account creation page defaults to a free trial membership, but once you create your account with the mobile phone number and email address we have on file, your access level will update to match the service you pay for.

I'm on a free trial, how do I activate my app access?

You can create a new app account at traderphdapp.com/account-set-up. 

I'm new to Trader PhD, can I use your app?

Welcome! You can create a Trader PhD app account at traderphdapp.com/account-set-up. Signing up for the Trader PhD App automatically starts a free trial of our Ag Marketing Advisory Service, so you'll also begin receiving our broadcast phone calls and commentary texts.

I forgot my password, how do I get back into the app?

To reset your password, visit traderphdapp.com/login/?action=reset_pass.

My app worked yesterday, and I know I'm using the right password. Why can't I get back into my account?

Your subscription or free trial might have ended. Schedule a call with your account manager to discuss extending your service or to troubleshoot what might have happened. 

I'm a Classic subscriber but I want to try our the app, can I?

Schedule a call with your account manager to discuss your options for an app trial.  

Can I add on a partner to my app access?

Trader PhD accounts support up to five add-ons to a subscription service. Schedule a call with your account manager to add somebody on to your subscription or free trial.   

What if I only want access to the Trader PhD app but not the phone calls/texts?

At this time, it is not possible to begin an app-only service. Schedule a call with your account manager to discuss your options.
